• 2 tsp. Spirulina
• 1 tsp. Barleygrass, Chlorella, or Wheatgrass
• 1 tsp. ground Flax Seed
• 1/2 tsp. ground Milk Thistle Seed
• 1/2 - 1 tsp. additional Nutrient Powders
• 1 scoop Protein Powder
• 12 oz. Soy or Rice Milk
• Fruit (Banana, etc.)
• A few ice cubes
• and blend all together and ENJOY!
