1. What does Natural Calm do?

2. How does it work?

6. What is the difference between Natural Calm and other magnesium powders?
The difference is in the acid-to-mineral ratio. Natural Calm goes through rigorous testing to ensure that it is proportioned correctly with the proper pH balance. Products that use too much acid in order to get the mineral to dissolve are potentially harming the body. Those with not enough acidic content fail the bio-availability test.
7. How does Natural Calm relate to calcium?
Calcium needs magnesium in order to assimilate into the body. Calcium should never be taken on its own because it will pull magnesium out of body parts in order to assimilate. Not only will you not get the calcium your body requires, but you will deplete your body's supply of the essential mineral magnesium.
