Order Information

Minimum Orders

• All Mail Order Herbs & Blends are sold at a 2 oz. minimum per item unless specified otherwise (starting May 1st, 2008-until then, there is still a 1 oz. minimum).

• There is no minimum order size. You can order as little or as much as you want!

Returns

• You may return any product you are not satisfied with for credit within 10 days. All returns must be pre-authorized. Call 603-679-8385 for pre-authorization. Any return not due to our error will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods

• Please notify the carrier that delivered your goods within 24 hours and then notify us.

Prices and Quantities

• Prices fluctuate in the herbal market, so all prices are subject to change without notice.

• Please contact us for prices on larger quantities than are listed. We will be happy to quote on any quantity.

Shipping

• We ship UPS Ground, US Mail, or FEDEX. We do not do COD.

• We will normally ship items within 2-5 Business Days of receipt of order unless items are out of stock.

• We DO NOT BACKORDER ITEMS. You will be refunded for out of stock items.
